Account Usage
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- You must ensure your staff use the system appropriately and legally.

Subscription and Payment:
- Services are billed monthly/yearly based on your chosen plan.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
- No refunds once the subscription cycle begins.

Service Restrictions:
- No resale, reverse engineering, or sharing of access credentials.
- Abusing the system for spam or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

Liability Limitations:
- We are not responsible for business losses, missed appointments, or data deleted accidentally by users.
- Our liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the previous 3 months.

- You acknowledge and agree that some features, such as SMS notifications, rely on third-party providers. While we strive to select reputable partners, we are not liable for failures or breaches on the part of these third-party systems.
